Hogan’s Institute of Tae Kwon-Do

Hogan’s Institute of Tae Kwon-Do is a chain of schools with clubs located in London, Surbiton, and Surrey which all opperate under Master Hogan who continues to train and teach.

Master Jim Hogan has been training in martial arts for over 30 years and dominated the UK tournament scene in the 1980′s, winning numerous national titles in all disciplines (sparring, patterns and destruction). In 1984 he won a European title in sparring and then in 1990, after overcoming a serious knee injury, won the prestigious Masters Cup in Stockholm.

A highly sought after international teacher and coach since the early 1980′s, Master Hogan has run numerous schools in the UK where he has coached and trained UK, European and World champions.

Master Hogan holds the rank of 7th degree black belt, is an author of a number of Tae Kwon-Do teaching books and reguarly holds special seminars in the UK and around the world as well as running his own Tae Kwon-Do Association.
